Shipping time can vary for every product. Please read the product listing of the products you purchased to see the timeframe of when your order will ship.Β 

Shipping times & Partner:

Our items are made to order usually, and we use Royal Mail as our shipping partner. Our standard shipping is Royal Mail 7-10 Business days for international shipping (all countries, excluding United Kingdom). For our local UK orders, our standard shipping is Royal Mail 2nd Class advised as 3-5 business days by Royal Mail.

Shipping cost varies depending on the destination. The rate is calculated at checkout once you enter your address. Shipping rates are determined solely by the carrier. Where we do offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount - it will be advertised on our website and you should see it in your cart automatically.

Neither we nor our shipping partners are responsible for any loss or damage if you authorise the courier to leave your order with a third party or at an unattended location specified by you.

If you find any issues with order, please contact us within 48 hours. In case of damage, kindly take photos of the box (all six sides), as well as the final product (videos are also helpful in the case of a functionality issue).Β 

Worldwide Shipping

We do provide worldwide shipping. As is the case with most international packages, delivery can take a while as packages have to go through customs.

The international shipping rate is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

Please note, contacting customer service to update your address does not guarantee the change will be made, as we sometimes pack and ship orders before customer service inquiries are reviewed for that day. Our customer service team typically processes requests during business hours, so to avoid any issues, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details before completing your order.
